Shipping policy

Myrex delivers our products with our partners. The products will be arrived within 3-7 days (exclude Saturday-Sunday and Special holidays)

Note:
1. We process your order as soon as we receive the payment proof before 9AM, so we will deliver on the same day. For the purchasing after 9AM, the delivery will be processed the next day. The delay might occur due to the weather, traffic, political activities, or other factors that beyond our control. Delivery period depends on the distance, and excluding Saturday, Sunday, and special holidays.

• Bangkok and surroundings will receive the parcels within 3-5 working days after finishing payment process and inform the address.
• The other provinces will receive the parcels within 3-7 days after finishing payment process and inform the address.

2. The customers will receive a confirmation email from Pots&Pans (Myrex Thailand Ltd)
3. The parcels will be delivered to the informed address, it cannot be changed after confirming the orders
4. Please assure the numbers and quality of the product before accepting

We do not have the policy to ship outside Thailand. If we do so in the future, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If we cannot deliver within 7 working days regarding our policy above, we will cancel the order and return the money within a certain time. Please see more in Returning policy page.
