เคล็ดลับความอร่อยก้อนเมฆที่เนียนนุ่มชุ่มฉ่ำในสูตรนี้มาจาก "แป้งข้าวโพด" ค่ะ แถมยังตัดเลี่ยนด้วยผิวเลมอนที่ช่วยเพิ่มความสดชื่นสดใส กินเพลินๆ ได้แบบไม่ต้องกลัวง่วงหลังกินอิ่มเลยล่ะค่ะ

ข้าวอาร์โบริโอ (Arborio Rice) หรือข้าวเมล็ดสั้น ½ ถ้วย (90 กรัม)

น้ำตาลทราย 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

เกลือป่น ⅛ ช้อนชา

ผิวเลมอน (ฝานเป็นเส้น) 1 ชิ้น

ลูกเกด 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

น้ำเปล่า ¾ ถ้วย (180 มล.)

แป้งข้าวโพด 1½ ช้อนชา

นมข้นจืด ¾ ถ้วย (180 มล.)

กลิ่นวานิลลาสกัด ½ ช้อนชา
วิธีทำ (Instructions)

เตรียมข้าวและต้มรอบแรก: ใส่ข้าวเมล็ดสั้น, น้ำตาลทราย, เกลือ, ผิวเลมอน, ลูกเกด และน้ำเปล่าลงในชาม Anyday คนให้เข้ากัน จากนั้นปิดฝาชาม (อย่าลืมดึงจุกระบายไอน้ำขึ้นนะคะ)

หุงข้าวในไมโครเวฟ: นำเข้าไมโครเวฟโดยปรับไปที่ ระดับไฟหมวด Medium-Low หรือ Power Level 4 ตั้งเวลา 22 นาที หรือเวฟจนกว่าข้าวจะสุกและดูดซึมน้ำเข้าไปจนเกือบแห้งค่ะ

ผสมนมข้นจืด: ในถ้วยแยกอีกใบ ให้ผสมนมข้นจืด กลิ่นวานิลลา และแป้งข้าวโพดเข้าด้วยกันจนแป้งละลายดี จากนั้นเทส่วนผสมนี้ลงในชามข้าวที่เวฟสุกแล้ว แล้วคนให้เข้ากัน

เวฟรอบสองให้ข้นหนืด: ปิดฝาชาม (ดึงจุกขึ้น) นำกลับเข้าไมโครเวฟอีกครั้ง โดยใช้ ไฟแรงสุด (Full Power) ประมาณ 1-2 นาที แนะนำให้นำออกมาคนรอบหนึ่งตอนผ่านไปครึ่งทางค่ะ เพื่อให้เนื้อเนียนสม่ำเสมอ

คนให้เซ็ตตัวพร้อมเสิร์ฟ: เมื่อเสร็จแล้ว นำออกมาคนข้าวต่อเนื่องประมาณ 30-45 วินาทีขณะที่กำลังอุ่น วิธีนี้จะช่วยให้พุดดิ้งข้าวข้นเหนียวขึ้นค่ะ สามารถเลือกทานแบบอุ่นๆ หรือแช่เย็นก่อนทานก็ได้ตามใจชอบเลยค่ะ!

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
